Connoisseur’s Delight! This is a limited-entry chocolate appreciation and tasting class for epicureans and aficionados of gourmet chocolate.

Enjoy an afternoon learning about the history, terminology, and benefits of chocolate, topped off by a delightfully sinful guided chocolate tasting experience.

The session will be led by Ms. Arti Dhingra, principal at the Academy of Chocolate Arts and a graduate of the renowned Valrhona L'École du Grand Chocolat. Arti has led many successful chocolate campaigns around the country. A self-confessed chocoholic, she is on a mission to spread the lore of fine chocolate in India.

  • You will learn about the chocolate making process from bean to bar, tasting cocoa butter and nibs in their purest forms.
  • You will learn to identify REAL chocolate using our sensory guides of quality, and will never ever be fooled by imitations.
