This class covers more than thirty kinds of liquid cocktail and mocktail centres made with premium spirits, wines, coffees and fruit nectars. These include (but are not limited to) Rum and Raisin Truffles, Soft Rum Centres, Drunken Strawberry Shots, Liquor infused Chocolate Strawberries, Rum Chocolates, Brandy Chocolates, Chocolate Cherry Cordials, Wine Chocolates, and Vodka Chocolates
