Our current batch of #ChocolatiersInTraining experimented with quite a few new techniques in the chocolate artistry program, creating many fabulous works of art. There were also a few creations that didn't quite make the cut. Irrespective of the final result, every chocolatier made a concerted effort to think about new ways of using different materials and techniques to create different visual effects on their chocolates. And that's what counts!
